Booth Options

HGA stand space is sold in two formats: Shell Scheme or Space only.

HGA have a number of “A Reserve” stand positions within the floor plan at HGA 2012 – these are the stands positioned surrounding the HGA Networking area in the centre of the trade show floor and are in a premium position with the HGA Cocktail Party scheduled to be held on the afternoon of Day 1 of the exhibition. Shell Scheme

The Shell Scheme option is a “walk on” package including:

  • White Syma wall system
    • Back wall: 3m (L) x 2.5m (H)
    • Side walls: 2m (L) x 2.5m (H) and 1m (L) x 1m (H)
  • 1 x fascia board with your company name and stand number
  • 1 x 300w spotlight per 9m²
  • 1 x 4 amp power per 9m²
  • Carpet on your stand (charcoal grey)

Space Only (minimum area 18m²)

$395 per m²

The Space Only option is a bare floor space with no carpet, lighting or power. If you require any of these items, they can be arranged at additional cost through Moreton Hire, The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre or a supplier of your choice – please contact the HGA Team to further discuss.

Space Only is ideal for larger exhibitors who wish to build their own stands or do something that really stands out!
