The HGA 2012 Exhibition Ezeatm Promotion-

Terms and Conditions

1.  Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. The promotion is being conducted by Hospitality & Gaming Australasia (ABN 38 639 227 944) of 55 Holland Street, Northgate Qld 4013  (“Promoter”)

3.  Entry is open to all HGA visitors who have been posted an Ezeatm competition card AND who attend the “2012 HGA Expo” (“Expo”) held 28/03/12 to 29/03/12 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre cnr Merivale and Glenelg Streets, Southbank, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (“Expo”).

4. With the exception of HGA visitors per clause 3, employees of Clubs Queensland, Queensland Hotels Association, Hospitality and Gaming Australasia, Ezeatm and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. The promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 28/03/12 and closes at 3.00pm AEST on 29/03/12 (“Promotional Period”).

6.  To enter, visit the Ezeatm Stand (stand number 126-129) at Expo, and swipe the Ezeatm competition card at the official entry point during the promotional period.

7. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or are not made before 3.00pm AEST on 29/03/12, are ineligible to enter. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

8. Entrant eligibility is at the discretion of the Promoter’s exhibitor on the stand on duty at the time of the order. The Promoter’s exhibitor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.  Limit applies. Only ONE Entry per Club/Hotel.

10.  Only one (1) prize is available per day of the Expo.  The prize each day consists of $1,000 in the form of a cash Cheque.

11. The winner will be selected via a computer participation program.

12.  In the event a winner is not selected within the competition period the prize offered is forfeited.

13.  The Promoter does not accept any liability for, or give any warranty in relation to, the prize.   Any faults or issues are a matter for the prize winner.

14. Prizes will be delivered in person at the time of winning.

15. Prizes are not variable or transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.

16. In the event that any prize (or any part of the prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who fails to provide this information. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
